“FEE FOR SERVICE”

BUYER-BROKER SERVICE pays the buyer 25% of the selling commission, through escrow, with a Buyer-Broker contract, a $375 retainer fee, and the buyer's participation. This option is not a condition to view properties through Trayer Realty, Inc.

 

FOR-SALE-BY-OWNER SERVICE is for sellers or buyers who are working with a property that is not listed with a real estate agent, but would like professional representation. The fee ranges from $1,575 to $2,675, depending on the type of property and price range..

 

FULL SERVICE rates for residential properties are 5.75% if sold by another agent, 4.75% if I sell the property, or 3.75% if the seller finds the buyer. I handle all aspects of the transaction.

 

SELLER PARTICIPATION SERVICE - gives the seller the opportunity to participate in the "time intensive tasks."  I handle the technical side of the transaction.  The rates are 4.75% if sold by another agents, 3.75% if I sell the property, or 2.75% if the seller finds the buyer.

 

LIMITED SERVICE - Seller can pay no commission if they find their own buyer, and handle the transaction themselves.  If an agent sells the property, the commission is 3.75% if sold by another agent, or 2.75% if I sell the property.  Trayer Realty, Inc. can handle the seller's transaction, at seller's option, for a fee ranging from $1,575 to $2,675.  This option has a transaction fee of $375 at time of listing, and includes marketing ads on the M.L.S. and realtor.com.

MOBILE HOMES IN PARKS - rates are $3,775 if sold by another agent, $2,675 if I sell the property, or $1,575 if the seller finds the buyer.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE- The fee for landlords is 10% of the rent or $95 per month, whichever is less, and a move in fee of 1/2 the 1st month's rent or $475, whichever is less.  Find the tenant only fees range from $375 to $475.  This service includes marketing ads on the M.L.S. and realtor.com.
