SHORT SALE SERVICE - As seasoned marketing and sales experts, we recognize the importance of professional expertise, so once we sell your home, an experienced short sale team will take care of the negotiations with your bank to provide you with a successful closed transaction, that will help you avoid foreclosure, and limit your credit damage.
FOR-SALE-BY-OWNER SERVICE is for sellers or buyers who are working with a property that is not listed with a real estate agent, but would like professional representation. The fee ranges from $975 to $2,875, depending on the type of property, price range, and scope of service.
FULL SERVICE rates for residential properties are 5.75% if sold by another agent, 4.75% if I sell the property, or 3.75% if the seller finds the buyer. I handle all aspects of the transaction.
SELLER PARTICIPATION SERVICE - Sellers participate in the transaction, and can pay no commission if they find their own buyer, and handle their own transaction. The commission is 3.75% if sold by another agent, or 2.75% if I sell the property. This option has a transaction fee of $375 at time of listing, and provides marketing ads on the M.L.S., realtor.com., and other internet sites with pictures, for sale sign, and print ads.
MOBILE HOMES IN PARKS - rates are $2,875 if sold by another agent, $1,875 if I sell the property, or $975 if the seller finds the buyer.
FIND THE TENANT SERVICE provides marketing ads on the M.L.S., realtor.com & other internet sites with pictures, for rent sign, property showings, credit & criminal background checks, income & rental verifications, and preparation of lease. The fee is $475.00, and is paid upon execution of successful lease.
