“FEE FOR SERVICE”

BUYER-BROKER SERVICE pays buyer 25% of selling commission with Buyer-Broker contract.,

$175.00 retainer fee, and buyer participation. This option is not a condition to view properties through Trayer Realty, Inc.

 

FOR-SALE-BY-OWNER SERVICE is for sellers or buyers who are working with a property that is not listed with a real estate agent, but would like professional representation. The fee ranges from $1,850 to $2,850, depending on the type of property and price range..

 

FULL SERVICE rates for residential properties are 5.25% if sold by another agent, 4.25% if sold by Steve Trayer, or 3.25% if seller finds buyer. I handle all aspects of the transaction.

 

SELLER PARTICIPATION SERVICE gives the seller the opportunity to participate in the “time intensive tasks.” I handle the technical side of the transaction. The rates are 4.25% if another agent sells your property, 3.25% if I sell your property, or 2.25% if seller finds the buyer.

 

SELLERS CAN PAY NO COMMISSION under seller participation service if they find their own buyer and handle the transaction themselves. Or, at seller’s option, I will handle the seller's transaction for $1,850 to $2,850.00 paid at closing. Also, the rates are lower if an agent sells the property: 3.5% if sold by another agent, or 2.5% if I sell your property. This option has a transaction fee of $375.00 at time of listing.

 

MOBILE HOMES IN PARKS - rates are $3,850.00 if sold by another agent, $2,850 if I sell the home, or $1,850.00 if the seller finds the buyer.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Service - The fee for landlords is 10%, or 95.00 per month, whichever is less, & move-in fee of 1/2 the first month's rent, or $475.00, whichever is less.  Find the tenant only fees start at $375.00 & varies depending on the scope of wokrk desired.

 

REAL ESTATE AGENTS: 100% commissions minus a $550.00 transaction fee for experienced home basecd agents.  Run your own business, set your own fees.  Apply only if the Golden Rule is a part of your busines plan.
